**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the packing operations in the warehouse.
- Train and mentor packing team members on packing techniques and quality standards.
- Inspect packaging materials to ensure they meet quality specifications.
- Review orders to confirm accuracy and ensure that packing requirements are met.
- Oversee the efficient usage of packing supplies and recommend reorder as necessary.
- Collaborate with inventory and shipping departments to ensure accurate packing quantities.
- Maintain and enforce health and safety standards in the packing area.
- Monitor and evaluate packing team performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues.
- Coordinate with customer service to resolve any packing-related customer inquiries or complaints.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to packing operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
