**Job Title**: Crypto Research Analyst

**Location**: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh (On-site)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
**Schedule**: Monday to Saturday | Day Shift

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Conduct in-depth **fundamental and technical analysis** of cryptocurrencies, blockchain projects, and tokenomics.
- Develop and refine **crypto trading strategies** based on market trends, technical indicators, and on-chain data.
- Research and analyze **macroeconomic factors** influencing the cryptocurrency market.
- Monitor **blockchain networks** and identify emerging investment opportunities in the crypto space.
- Prepare and publish **detailed research reports** on crypto assets, market trends, and investment strategies.
- Provide **data-driven insights** to assist portfolio managers in making effective investment decisions.
- Create informative and engaging content for **social media platforms** related to crypto markets and trading strategies.
- Conduct **risk assessments** and evaluate the impact of regulatory developments on the cryptocurrency industry.

**Skills Required**:

- Strong understanding of **Crypto Market Analysis** (Fundamental & Technical)
- Proficiency in **Blockchain & Cryptocurrency Research**:

- Experience with **Crypto Trading Strategy Development**:

- Ability to perform **Market Trend Analysis & Risk Assessments**:

- Strong **Research Report Writing** and documentation skills
- Familiarity with **MS Office & Data Analysis Tools**:

- Excellent **Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Presentation Skills**:

- Effective **Verbal and Written Communication**

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** in crypto market research and trading strategy development (preferred)
- Sound knowledge of **spot, futures, and DeFi trading** strategies
- Must be able to **commute to or relocate to Lucknow** before joining
