Virtual Principal

As our **Virtual Principal**, you will lead and manage a fully online, ensuring academic excellence, student engagement, and staff support in a virtual environment. This role combines strategic leadership with day-to-day operations to create a positive, inclusive, and effective online learning culture.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide instructional leadership and oversee academic programs
- Supervise, support, and evaluate teachers and staff remotely
- Foster a strong virtual school community and positive student outcomes
- Monitor student performance data and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure compliance with state and district policies and standards
- Lead professional development for virtual teaching best practices
- Collaborate with families to support student success

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in school administration or instructional leadership
- Experience in virtual or hybrid learning environments preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and technology skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
