**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and repair all plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, sewage, and sanitary systems.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on all plumbing infrastructure.
- Respond promptly to guest room and public area complaints related to plumbing issues.
- Install new plumbing fixtures and equipment when required.
- Ensure timely repair of leaks, blockages, and pipe damages.
- Maintain records of materials used and maintenance work performed.
- Assist in emergency situations like flooding, pipe bursts, or water leakages.
- Coordinate with other engineering team members and report any major issues to the Chief Engineer.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies at all times.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the plumbing work area and store.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Sound knowledge of plumbing systems and tools.
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints.
- Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Physically fit and able to work under pressure or in emergency call-outs.
- Professional attitude and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Basic understanding of hotel operations and safety protocols.
