CNC Operator

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Prepare and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc.
- Translate blueprints, mechanical drawings, and instructions into computer commands for precise operations.
- Configure software and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Load raw materials and parts onto machines.
- Conduct test runs to ensure outputs meet specifications.
- Select, measure, and mount appropriate tools and attachments.
- Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them to quality standards.
- Make necessary adjustments during operation for consistent results.
- Perform routine maintenance to keep machines in good condition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Supervise machines during operation to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Adjust settings to address issues and enhance product quality.

**REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS**
- Proven experience as CNC operator.
- Understanding of computer programming for 3-axis and 5-axis operations.
- Familiarity with ArtCAM software.
- Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
