**Job Role : Project Technician/technician**

**Location: Mumbai**

**Experience : 4-9 years** **of experience as Draftsman in Architectural consultancy firm in Commercial and mixed use projects.**

**NOTE - He / She should have ability to understand the design and spaces to develop drawings and details as per the finalized design under the guidance of Senior Architect.. This role involves coordination with Consultants and PMC.**

**Job Role**:

- Involve in preparation of drawing from start to finish of the project ensuring high quality details for Schematic and working drawing stage in the guidance of Project Lead.
- Ensure that all drawings are developed as per company drafting standards and in line with design requirement.
- Coordination with structural and service consultant for design development and execution.
- Coordination with project managers to achieve the required GFC deliverables in line with site requirement.

**Knowledge & Abilities**:

- Fluency in AutoCAD, Google Sketch up, MS Office.
- Integrity - must be dedicated to upholding our long established reputation of honesty and integrity in all our business relationships.
- Reliability
- Proving reliability by delivering on promises.
- Should be able to travel outstation for project site visits which may also require more than 2 days stay
- Ready work in stretched working hrs to meet the desired timeline

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
