**Job Summary**:
Attentive.ai is seeking a talented and motivated Associate Product Operations professional to join our team. This role will be embedded within the Product team, focusing on ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new customers throughout the trial and go-live phases. You'll bridge the gap between Sales, Product, and Technology teams by building automated data pipelines that extract and analyze customer data during onboarding. This collaborative approach, leveraging your strong data analysis skills, will identify potential issues and drive solutions, ensuring a smooth customer journey.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leverage data analysis to identify user onboarding pain points and recommend data-driven solutions to product managers, ultimately improving the user experience and driving product adoption.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer critical business questions about customer behavior during onboarding. Translate insights into actionable recommendations, supporting data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Possess a strong understanding of customer data and proficiency in setting it up within the platform.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for owned processes and explore opportunities to automate workflows.
- Manage the setup and configuration of new customer accounts within the Attentive platform.
- Create recyclable workflows to ensure efficiency and maintainability.
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, customer success managers, and engineers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of data-driven insights.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for product setup, data extraction, analysis, and reporting.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution, preferably in engineering, mathematics, or statistics.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in data analytics, software implementation or software product operations role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into manageable tasks.
- Proficiency in using Python OR Alteryx/Knime based data analysis and processing workflows
- Strong hold on Microsoft Excel, with experience in building excel models
- Experience in the software industry, particularly SaaS products, is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience working effectively within cross-functional teams.
- The ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong capacity for prioritizing tasks.
