**Roles and Responsibilities**.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and balance sheets.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, as well as communicating with tax authorities.
- Basic knowledge of the Companies Act
- Monitor financial transactions and provide regular reports to management.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
- Good command over Tally and other tax related software.
- Develop financial plans and strategies to help the company achieve its goals.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as an accountant.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
