Store Incharge

**Job Summary**
- Store operations
- Inventory Management
- Maintain Stock register as well as the stock entries in inventory software.
- Reduction of shrinkage & Total Loss
- Monitor and control expenses through efficient store operations.
- To Maintain All Store reports and data analysis
- To ensure timely flow of information to facilitate reviews, reporting and initiation of action.
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Control purchasing department budgets.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
- Reconciliation of all store material items.

**Qualifications and Skills**

Dynamic professional with excellent communication skills
- Expertise in functions like Operations, Merchandising, Quality, Inventory Control, MIS, Revenue Generation.
- Must have a good knowledge of LIFO, FIFO, purchase orders.
- **Judgment and Decision Making** -- Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
- **Mathematics** -- Using mathematics to solve problems.
- **Time Management** -- Managing one's own time and the time of others.
- **Coordination** -- Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions.
- **Speaking** -- Talking to others to convey information effectively.

**Educational Qualification**
- Graduation in any stream with atleast 1-3 years of experience.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
