**Experience**: 1-3 years (Preferred in admissions, sales, or education counseling)

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**: Provide guidance to prospective students about our **Cosmetology & Permanent Makeup Courses**, helping them understand course benefits, career opportunities, and admission requirements.
- **Career Guidance**: Educate students about the **job opportunities, certifications, and industry trends** related to cosmetology and permanent makeup.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet monthly admission targets by converting leads into successful enrollments.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and academic team to strategize promotional activities and events to boost enrollments.
- **Database Management**: Maintain and update student records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in **admissions, education counseling, or sales** is a plus.
- Strong **communication and persuasive skills** to engage with potential students.
- Passionate about the **beauty, skincare, and aesthetic industry**.
- Ability to **work under targets** and deadlines.
- Proficiency in **MS Office and CRM software** for record-keeping and reporting.
