Science College Teacher

**Lesson Planning & Delivery**:

- Plan and deliver science lessons according to the curriculum, ensuring they are engaging, informative, and accessible to all students.
- Use various teaching methods such as experiments, demonstrations, multimedia, and interactive activities to bring scientific concepts to life.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Ensure that students follow safety protocols during practical sessions and experiments.
- **Student Assessment**:

- Evaluate students’ understanding through regular tests, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work to encourage improvement and deeper understanding.
- **Student Support**:

- Offer additional support to students who may be struggling with certain concepts.
- Encourage curiosity and critical thinking by organizing extra-curricular science activities, like science fairs or clubs.
- **Practical Work & Experiments**:

- Supervise and guide students in conducting science experiments and practical activities.
- Ensure that all laboratory equipment is well-maintained and that safety guidelines are followed.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate student progress, achievements, and areas for improvement to parents during meetings or through reports.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay up to date with new developments in science education, teaching methods, and the latest scientific advancements.
- Participate in workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Contribute to school events, such as science exhibitions, workshops, or educational trips.

Qualifications:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- **M.Ed. or MA in Education** (or related field)
- **MSc in Science** (specialization in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or General Science).
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of teaching experience in a school or educational setting.
- Experience in conducting science experiments and managing laboratory work.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
