**Full Job Description**
- Minimum Qualification-**Bachelor's degree either in Information Technology or in Computer Science**:

- Minimum **1-3 years**ofexperience
- **System Administration**: Managing servers (window server
- **User Support**: Providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting with IT-related inquiries. Must be aware of taking remote access using Any desk, VNC & RDP.
- **Data Backup and Recovery**: Implementing and managing data backup solutions to ensure data integrity and implementing disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
- **IT Asset Management**: Tracking and managing IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and other resources, to optimize utilization and budgeting.
- Well Versed with Operating systems, Firewalls(Policy Management), Routers
- **Aware of the functionalities of Active Directory**: Authentication, Authorization, Single Sign on (SSO), Group policy, directory replication, LDAP Support
- **Have basic understanding of different types of Topology**, OSI Layers (Physical, Data Link, Network, Transport, Session, Presentation, and Application), Hub & Switches, and MySQL.
- **Security Management**: Implementing and maintaining security measures to protect the organization's computer systems, networks, and data from cyber threats.
- **Patch Management**: Ensuring that all systems and software are up to date with the latest patches and updates to protect against security vulnerabilities.
- **Emergency Response**: Responding to IT emergencies, such as system outages, security breaches, or data loss incidents, to minimize disruption and restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
- **Stay Updated**: Keeping abreast of technological advancements, industry trends, and best practices in IT to continuously improve IT infrastructure and services.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
