**Job Title**: Resident Medical Officer (RMO)

**Location**: Olive Care Elderly Rehabilitation Centre, Koparkhairane, Navi Mumbai
**Department**: Medical & Rehabilitation Services
**Reports To**: Medical Superintendent / Centre Head

**Job Summary**:
The Resident Medical Officer (RMO) will oversee the day-to-day medical care of elderly residents at Olive Care. This role involves monitoring patient health, managing chronic conditions, responding to emergencies, coordinating with specialists, and ensuring a high standard of geriatric care within a rehabilitation setting.

**Key Responsibilities: Clinical Care**:

- Provide comprehensive medical care to elderly patients, including regular health assessments.
- Manage chronic illnesses like diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, dementia, etc.
- Administer and supervise medications, infusions, and minor procedures.
- Handle medical emergencies and coordinate referrals/hospital transfers as necessary.
- Document all clinical interactions and maintain accurate medical records.

**Rehabilitation Support**:

- Collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and nursing staff to support individual rehabilitation plans.
- Monitor progress and adjust care protocols as needed in consultation with the team.

**Coordination & Communication**:

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers regarding medical status and care plans.
- Coordinate with consulting specialists (geriatricians, neurologists, psychiatrists, etc.) as required.

**Compliance & Quality**:

- Ensure all clinical practices comply with NABH/NABL standards and statutory medical guidelines.
- Participate in audits, infection control measures, and quality improvement programs.

**Administrative**:

- Attend medical team meetings and contribute to staff training sessions.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and professional ethics at all times.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
