**Responsibilities**:
As the Product Designer, you will help to build the next generation of cutting-edge, self-serving dashboards that simplifies decision-making for our clients across the globe through delivering real-time risk intelligence.
Collaborate with our engineering and product teams to define both the long-term strategy and short-term tactics for our dashboard
Identify new opportunity areas, and validate potential solutions to pain points
Partner with internal stakeholders to design intuitive user experience that delivers the right intelligence at the right time to our users
Work closely with other designers to develop and expand the product design systems
Be involved in design reviews and regularly share your work with the executive team
**Requirements**:
Minimum of 3 years of UX/UI design experience, with a demonstrated portfolio showing your design for both web and mobile platforms

**Working knowledge of the following technologies and software**: Sketch, Zeplin, iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with UI and UX design on large scale, complex business software system or business-oriented SaaS software systems
Experience in cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues
Knowledgeable in best practices for web-based information architecture and design, and well-versed in usability principles and techniques
Team player with the ability to work adapt and work in a fast pace environment

**Benefits**:

Demonstrated experience in designing business tools, operational tools, and/or dashboard-based products
Possess strong communications skills to explain and present your work, process, and decisions to cross-functional stakeholders
Ability to simplify complex problems to find the right balance of flexibility, performance and ease of use
Team player who is able to work adapt and in a fast pace environment
