**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Outbound Calls**: Initiate calls to prospective customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and conversation.
- **Sales Conversion**: Persuade potential customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- **Follow-Up**: Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the management.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies and improve sales processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
