Project Financial Management:

- Lead project teams in developing and delivering comprehensive management plans.
- Interface effectively with construction partners, field staff, and managers to ensure

project compliance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Drive the Completions team to achieve closure targets and ensure timely project

completion.
- Financial Operations:

- Manage the Commercial team, focusing on contractual and financial oversight.
- Oversee customer account management, including the preparation and reconciliation

of invoices in QuickBooks.
- Track and follow up on overdue invoices, ensuring timely payment collection.
- Accounts Payable & Receivable:

- Verify and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Collaborate with the Accounts Payable team to optimize processes and maintain

efficient financial operations.
- Management Reporting:

- Generate and present monthly management accounts with detailed variance analysis

to inform strategic business decisions.
- Budgeting & Forecasting:

- Partner with internal teams to prepare annual budgets and update cash flow

projections.
- Financial Analysis:

- Conduct thorough analysis of profit and loss statements to guide business strategy.
- Operational Finance:

- Ensure smooth operations across accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll

with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Procurement Oversight:

- Implement and oversee procurement policies to enhance cost-efficiency and maintain

supply chain integrity.
- Cost Control:

- Develop and enforce cost-reduction strategies to boost operational efficiency and

profitability.
- Compliance & Governance:

- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and tax laws while establishing robust

governance practices.
- HR Collaboration:

- Support HR functions, including onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, and

ensuring compliance with HR policies.

About You:

- Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
- High level of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven experience in administration, accounts, and familiarity with bookkeeping

fundamentals.
- High attention to detail and ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Strong understanding of industrial legislation and award interpretation.
- Solid problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to collaborate confidently across departments and with external clients.

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,703.59 per month
