**Job Summary**:
A Pre-Primary School Teacher is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in their early formative years. The teacher creates a safe and stimulating learning environment where children can develop social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills through play-based and age-appropriate activities. The Pre-Primary School Teacher plans and implements lessons, assesses children's progress, communicates with parents/guardians, and maintains a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment for children aged 3 to 5 years old.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational goals, incorporating play-based learning, storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and other age-appropriate activities.
- Foster social and emotional development by encouraging positive relationships, conflict resolution skills, and self-regulation techniques among children.
- Assess children's progress through observation, assessments, and documentation, and provide regular feedback to parents/guardians on their child's development and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- Relevant teaching certification or licensure as required by the local education authority.
- Experience working with young children in a formal educational setting, preferably in a pre-primary or early childhood program.
- Knowledge of child development theories, play-based learning, and best practices in early childhood education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
- Patience, creativity, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
