**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry partners.
- Organize campus interviews, recruitment drives, and job fairs.
- Identify placement opportunities and align them with student skills.
- Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
- Maintain and update a database of students, placement records, and recruiters.
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to match curriculum with industry needs.
- Prepare regular placement reports and present outcomes to management.
- Promote the organization’s talent pool to potential employers.

**Required Skills & Competencies**
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to counsel and guide students for career readiness.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of online job portals preferred.
- Target-oriented and ability to work under pressure.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum: Graduate in Management, HR, Education, or related field (MBA/HR preferred).
- Experience: 2-4 years in placements, recruitment, HR, or corporate relations.
