Purpose of Job

Key Responsibility Area
- Execution of hardware, network and software installation, configuration and maintenance/ troubleshooting of desktops and laptops.
- Co-ordination / execution of all computer system, PLC and software related Qualification and Validation activities.
- To assist in software qualifications / verification of privileges.
- Preparation and support implementation of all the information Technology (IT) procedures as per GMP requirements.
- Electronic data backup, archival and resolution, maintenance of the respective logs.
- Verification of daily backup for electronic data generated for instruments.
- User management (Creation / modification of User IDs and passwords, assigning the privileges upon request) for laboratory and GMP Software’s.
- To assist in the investigations related to software issues like, connectivity / communication failures, data missing etc.
- To ensure all systems, printers and servers at the site are in proper condition and Configuring Printer and its troubleshooting.(Dot-matrix printer and Bar code also)
- Handling of IT consumables and assets.
- Experience in Windows 10 Operating Systems.
- Co-ordinated with the service engineer, vendor for any issues related regarding software.
- Quickly Identifying the Network related problems and solving.(Switches, crimping and punching)
- Troubleshooting of Video Conference Equipment.
- Coordinating with Helpdesk, Server team, Network team, Field engineers and Vendors for proper follow-up till call closure.
