**Position: Field Executive - Boiler/Chemical**

**Role Summary**:

- The Field Executive - Boiler/Chemical will be responsible for overseeing boiler operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing boiler performance.
- This role requires expertise in boiler operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, particularly in gas based and CFBC (Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion) environments.

**Job Location**:Vadodara, GJ

**Minimum Years of Experience Required**:2 - 4.5 Years

**Educational Qualification**:Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and maintain boilers in accordance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor boiler performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement corrective actions to optimize efficiency.
- Conduct routine inspections, tests, and maintenance tasks to ensure reliable boiler operation.
- Coordinate with engineering teams to address technical challenges and improve boiler performance.
- Maintain records of boiler operations, inspections, and maintenance activities.
- Implement safety procedures and protocols to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide training and guidance to junior staff members on boiler operation and safety practices.
- Skills & Competencies:

- Gas Based and CFBC related experience
- Proficiency in boiler operation, including knowledge of steam boilers and boiler systems
- Valid Boiler Operator or Boiler Attendant certification preferred
- Familiarity with First Class Boiler Attendant regulations and requirements
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve boiler-related issues efficiently
- Knowledge of Captive Power Plants (CPP) and associated systems
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
