Responsibilities are:
1. Assist in strategic growth, business development, and monitoring market needs and trends for new products.
2. Facilitating and encouraging open communication in the team, communicating effectively, client conversion.
3. A person who is excellent in communication, in Hindi, English and Local Language.
4. Only female required: very presentable and professional in behavior.
5. Qualification: PG/UG, MBA, BCA, BBA (any professional degree)
6. Experience: Any prior experience in sales, MR etc. (min 4 years)
7. Participate in highly confidential meetings, arrange & organize meetings, conferences, seminars, webinars etc.
8. Draft high level presentations, communications, documents using like word, excel, ppt etc.
9. Project Management.
10. Generate new leads, meet clients and conversion for business.
11. Open to travel for business meet.
12. Manage day to day task and complete it on time.
13. Field officers also handle customer complaints, making appointments, and completing office administration work.
14. In-person representatives of the company.
15. Must have excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to make report, negotiate effectively, and communicate effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
