**Position Overview**:
Goposhtik is seeking a talented and creative Content Creator with a strong focus on video production to join our team. This individual will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and executing engaging video-based campaigns for Instagram and Facebook, in collaboration with senior management.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute video content strategies that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video content ideas for social media campaigns, including product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
- Produce high-quality video content, including filming, editing, and post-production, to be shared across Instagram and Facebook.
- Optimize video content for each platform to maximize reach, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all video campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video production and social media marketing.
- Analyze video performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in video production, including filming, editing, and post-production, preferably in a social media or digital marketing context.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
- Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for food and an interest in plant-based nutrition is a plus.

**Duration and Compensation**:
This is a 3-month internship position.

The internship stipend will be Rs. 25,000.

Successful performance during the internship period may lead to a full-time role**.**
