**Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in Chemical or Any Manufacturing Industries

**Must have**:

- Preparing the advance license and keeping the track of all advance license to ensure export benefits.
- Coordination with DGFT for E-com, EODC, ECGC, Advance Authorization, Rodtep, EPCG, LUT BOND from DGFT online / offline Portal.
- Must be working on No-norms/self-declaration approvals
- Must having knowledge license registration at customs
- Working knowledge of Invalidation / ARO Applications
- Must taking various certificate of origins from online portal of DGFT.
- Should have knowledge of Customs process for taking DBK incentives.
- Preparing all pre-shipment and post-shipment documents.
- Ensuring the shipment cost within budget.
- Prepare Shipment tracking report, Advance license tracking report, all export benefits tracking report & ECGC / DGFT reports.
- Knowledge of export agencies and various certificates of origin.
- Knowledge about the EODC (Export obligation discharge certificate).

**Want to Have**:

- Hands on experience in MS-Excel.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
