**Job Title**: Tempering Operator

**Department**: Production

**Job Summary**

Operate and monitor the glass tempering furnace to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production of tempered glass.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Load and unload glass into the tempering furnace
- Set and adjust furnace settings (temperature, speed, etc.)
- Inspect finished glass for quality (breaks, defects, distortion)
- Record production data and report issues
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area

**Requirements**:

- High school education or equivalent
- Experience in manufacturing or machine operation preferred
- Ability to work in hot environments and lift heavy materials
- Basic reading and math skills
- Willing to work in shifts

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
