Languages Required: English + Any One (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam)

(Malayalam speakers who can manage Tamil or Hindi are preferred)

**Job Description**:
Shashys Academy is looking for energetic and persuasive Telecallers to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls and actively converting leads.

**Responsibilities**:
Actively convert leads by effectively communicating the benefits of our services.

Maintain detailed call notes and update records as required.

Follow up on leads and ensure a high conversion rate.

Handle queries and provide accurate information professionally.

**Requirements**:
Proficiency in English and at least one regional language (Tamil, Telugu, Hindi, or Malayalam).

Experience in telecalling or sales is an advantage.

Strong communication and persuasion skills.

Ability to multitask and maintain accurate records.

Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
