**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES: -**
1. Generating Purchase Order Local and Overseas
2. Follow-up Arrival
3.Negotiating with vendors for rate, delivery, and payments terms
4.Followup with vendors
5.Approval of purchase request and creation of PO in Sap system
6.Co-ordinate with all customers & Transporters to ensure all dispatch of material received on time
7. Assist Lab/ Warehouse/ QA.
8. Testing the sample in the local lab & sending report to the supplier
9. Maintaining Samples record
10 Preparing MIS Report monthly, yearly.
