**Position Purpose**:
**Responsibilities**

Direct Responsibilities
- Interact with users to understand change requests/new requirements/bugs
- Interface with IT team
- Write specifications for IT team
- Build tests scenarios in order to enrich regression tests library
- Build and play tests scenarios to validate the enhancements
- Support users during UAT/Production
- Write team and end-users documentation
- Knowledge on the Front to Back STP chain
- Have knowledge of BO accounting processes for listed derivatives.
- Use of all BO functions (settlements, reporting, position, expiry, Corporate Actions)
- Assistance to the development team or the support team for all functional issues
- Handle the functional business areas independently
- Communicate effectively with users

Contributing Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the project and organization standards are followed during various phases of software development life-cycle and day to day development work.
- Meeting deadlines deliverables.
- Keeping BA Lead appraised of issues that affect the project and the deliverables of the project
- Implementing and Improving BA processes within the team

**Technical & Behavioral Competencies**:

- Strong knowledge of listed derivative products lifecycle
- Strong knowledge of BO Processes (booking, settlements, accounting)
- Strong knowledge of market actors and processes (clearing broker, executing broker, clearing house, market, regulation authorities)
- Knowledge of financial flows, including specificities of listed derivatives (Initial Margin, Mark to Market)
- Sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Lean/Kanban would be a plus)
- Involvement in process improvement
- Basic SQL (simple queries, joins)

**Specific Qualifications **B.E. / B. tech or equivalent OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce / Science backed by MBA/PGDM (Finance) or CFA/ACA
