Job Title: Site Supervisor (4-5 Years’ Experience)

Location: Meerut

Department: Site Operations

Key Responsibilities:

- Demonstrated capability of managing end to end site work for more than 3 years.
- Supervise day-to-day site activities, ensuring smooth execution of work as per drawings & specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and consultants to align project goals.
- Monitor work progress, prepare daily/weekly reports, and update stakeholders.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with site regulations.
- Inspect material deliveries and workmanship to ensure quality standards.
- Resolve any technical issues or site-related challenges quickly.
- Ensure proper documentation of labour, attendance, and material usage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Support in site measurements and verification of BOQ quantities.
- Check Billing Quantity.

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong knowledge of construction/interior finishing methods and materials
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings
- Familiar with tools like AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project reporting software
- Excellent leadership and team-handling skills
- Time management and problem-solving ability
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Local language proficiency is a plus

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design
- Minimum 4 years of on-site experience (construction or interior projects preferred)
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and labour teams independently
- Flexibility to work extended hours or weekends during deadlines
- Own two-wheeler preferred
