Responsibilities:

- Developing comprehensive design plans for infrastructure projects such as roads, bridges, utilities, and drainage systems.
- Creating detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Collaborating with the project management team to plan and execute civil engineering projects, managing resources and timelines.
- Implementing strict quality control measures to identify and resolve any design issues promptly.
- Providing accurate cost estimates for civil design components, materials, and labor required for each project.
- Ensuring all civil design plans meet local, state, and federal regulatory requirements and environmental standards.
- Leading and mentoring a team of civil designers and engineers to maximize performance and efficiency.
- Staying updated with the latest civil engineering software and tools to optimize the design process.
- Engaging with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to present and explain civil design plans throughout the project lifecycle.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team
- oriented Environment.
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, project management methodologies, and construction practices.
- Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
