**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
**Reporting To**: Project Head / Operations Head

**About the Role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate and manage multiple solar projects simultaneously.
- Supervise site activities and coordinate with installation partners for timely execution.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of solar systems.
- Maintain project documentation - material receipts, warranty details, and installation checklists.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly project reports to the Project Head.
- Ensure project handover within defined timelines, budgets, and client satisfaction.
- Travel to project sites across India for supervision and coordination.

**Skills & Requirements**
- 2-5 years of experience in solar project coordination or execution.
- Strong understanding of solar installation and electrical systems.
- Good communication, reporting, and team coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Problem-solving attitude and willingness to travel extensively.
