Front Desk Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Management**:
- Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students with professionalism and courtesy.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and reception area.
- **Communication and Coordination**:
- Act as the first point of contact for parents, resolving queries or directing them to the appropriate department.
- Communicate important updates, notices, and announcements as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including letters and courier deliveries.
- **Administrative Support**:
- Maintain visitor logs and appointment schedules.
- Assist with school-related administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Support the admissions process by providing information and guiding prospective parents.
- **Event Coordination**:
- Assist in organizing and coordinating school events, meetings, and activities.
- Manage bookings for parent-teacher meetings and other appointments.
- **Safety and Emergency Handling**:
- Monitor visitor access and ensure adherence to school security protocols.
- Handle emergencies calmly and promptly, notifying appropriate personnel when needed.
- **Student Interaction**:
- Address basic student needs, such as guiding them to the appropriate classrooms or assisting with attendance queries.
- Coordinate student sign-in/sign-out procedures.
