Roles and Responsibilities:

- The role is of a Front Desk Officer and executive assistant,
- 9.5 hours’ work day (Including a 1-hour lunch break), with a 6-day work week. (Monday to

Saturday). Sundays are holidays.
- Maintaining the walk-in register.
- Handling appointments of the Co-founder, Plan, and getting the priority appointments scheduled

for clients within assured time frames.
- Receive letters, courier packages, etc, and hand over the packages to the concerned

person.
- Managing the office assets properly
- Give daily and weekly reports to the reporting manager.
- Filing of all-important documents daily in files.
- Adhere to strict staff grooming standards.
- Supervise housekeeping.
- Coordinating and arranging the respective meetings in the conference room
- Handling the travel desk.
- Event management assistance.
- Supervise and manage all relevant activities at the reception area.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
