**SUMMARY**:
The **Drone Pilot**will be responsible for operating the TrinityF90+ for field operations, as well as designing and conducting training sessions for clients and internal staff. This role requires technical expertise in drone flight operations, experience with data collection using LiDAR and photogrammetry, and the ability to train and communicate effectively to ensure end users are well-versed in the TrinityF90+ platform’s capabilities.

**KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Flight Operations**:
- Conduct drone flights using the Drones for mapping, surveying, and inspections across various projects in sectors such as mining, agriculture, and construction.
- Perform pre-flight checks, monitor environmental conditions, and ensure compliance with all operational and safety protocols.
- Collect high-quality data using LiDAR, cameras, and other sensors, ensuring accurate and comprehensive outputs for project needs.
**Training & Client Support**:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs on the operation, maintenance, and safety protocols of the drones for clients and in-house teams.
- Provide both in-person and remote training sessions to enhance user proficiency in drone operation and data interpretation.
- Develop instructional materials, manuals, and guides tailored to user needs, helping clients achieve maximum utility from the drone
**Compliance & Safety**:
- Ensure all drone operations comply with DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) regulations and company safety standards.
- Maintain comprehensive flight logs, maintenance records, and ensure routine inspections for the UAVs to uphold safety standards.
**Maintenance & Troubleshooting**:
- Perform regular maintenance, firmware updates, and troubleshooting for the TrinityF90+ and associated equipment.
- Address and resolve technical issues, coordinating with technical support when necessary.
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- Create reports summarizing flight operations, training sessions, and client feedback.
- Document all training materials, checklists, and flight data for internal and client records.
**QUALIFICATION**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating commercial drones, ideally including the TrinityF90+ or similar models.
- Proven track record in drone-based surveying, mapping, or inspection work, particularly with LiDAR or photogrammetry.
**Certifications**:
- Valid DGCA Remote Pilot License (RPL) or equivalent as per local aviation guidelines.
- Additional certifications in drone operation, aerial mapping, or instructional training are a plus.
**Technical Skills**:
- Strong proficiency with the TrinityF90+ and experience with its integrated LiDAR and camera systems.
- Familiarity with drone software for flight planning and mapping, preferable if you have GIS software such as Pix4D, Agisoft, and other processing tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for handling drone and sensor-related issues.
**Other Skills**:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical users effectively.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and training sessions.
- Proficiency in English and any other local languages is preferred.
- Experience of FPV Pilot will be preferred
- Ability to travel comfortably
