**Job Role & Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to international leads provided by the company.
- Clearly explain our services to potential clients and convert leads into customers.
- Maintain professional and long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Record call details, feedback, and updates in CRM or call log sheet.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery to clients.

**Key Requirements**:

- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to understand client needs and offer relevant services.
- Friendly, confident, and persuasive personality.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Prior experience in international calling or client communication preferred.

**Qualification**:

- MBA in any Specialization
