IT Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
Training & Development:
Design, develop, and deliver IT training programs in areas like Software Development, Networking, Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and IT Support.

Conduct corporate training, workshops, and certification programs for professionals and students.

Provide hands-on practical sessions using real-world scenarios and projects.

Key Skills & Competencies:
Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge in one or more domains:
Programming & Development: Python, Java, C++, Web Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Node.js).

Database & Cloud Computing: SQL, MySQL, AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.

Networking & Security: CCNA, Ethical Hacking, Cybersecurity, Firewalls.

Data Science & AI: Machine Learning, Big Data, AI, Power BI.

IT Support & System Administration: Windows/Linux administration, Troubleshooting, ITIL framework.

Communication & Training Skills: Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and interactive manner.

Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Quick to adjust training methods based on trainee needs and industry changes.

Presentation & Content Development: Ability to design visually appealing training materials.

Project-Based Learning: Encouraging trainees to work on real-time projects and case studies.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Tech., B.E or any degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 0-1 years of experience in IT training, corporate training, or technical education.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
