**Job Title: Sales and Operations Executive**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in acquiring new clients by supporting lead utilisation and learning sales techniques.
- Conduct outbound calls to leads generated by campaigns and follow up on their inquiries.
- Manage day-to-day assigned operations tasks to ensure smooth delivery.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to complete assigned tasks and goals which would also include work related to sales and marketing.
- Assist the management team in developing and implementing operational initiatives.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate or final year results awaited.
- Some sales-related experience or coursework (preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Willingness to learn and take on challenges.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
