**Account Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Record and process payment entries for vendor invoices, client transactions, and other financial activities.
- Reconcile payment entries with bank statements and accounting systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of payments to the correct accounts.
- Prepare and maintain overtime (OT) reports, including tracking hours worked and calculating OT pay.
- Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure OT records align with company policies.
- Review and verify OT requests for accuracy before submission for approval.
- Monitor and resolve discrepancies in payment and OT records.
- Assist in month-end closing processes and generate relevant financial reports.
- Support audits by providing necessary payment and OT-related documentation.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce
- Freshers are most welcome
- Strong understanding of payment processing and OT regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
