We are looking for **AM - Soft Services** for one of leading **Facility Management Group** with experience of **soft service operations along with F&B operations** in **Facility Management** Company at **Noida** Location.

**Position: Asst. Manager - Soft Services**

**Location: Noida**

**Qualification: Graduation**

**Experience: 2+ Years**

**Role & Responsibility**:

- Preparation of reports bound with the timelines is shared to the Client as per SLA.
- Ensure the complaint management system is followed, and concerns are resolved at site without Escalation.
- Create a budget for various facility needs and expenses.
- Managing the maintenance of the building by performing repairs or contracting maintenance services is needed.
- Track building upkeep as well as anticipated long and short term improvements and maintenance.
- Has been able to score more than 90% successful Net promoter score from the client for services.
