The role of a Exclusive Dealer Trainer - Sales Automobile, is to ensure delightful selling experience to the Customer till the time of delivery of the vehicle through capable and trained manpower.

Conduct induction programs for new joinees

Conduct product refreshers HONDA and competition updates)

Develop sales consultants on sales process through live call

observation and maintain individual hand holding sheet.

Develop sales consultants on product demonstration and test drive skills.

Ensure regular E-cert updation (Addition and deletion of manpower)

Supervise online e-certification test, along with HR manager, within 15 days of

HONDA training programs

Based on Manpower Quality Index, identify individual development

areas for the complete sales team and work on a plan along with SM, GM.

Prepare monthly calendar for internal trainings and handholding.

DMD.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
