**Job Overview**:
Trunkline Engineers and Consultants is seeking an experienced **BIM Coordinator** to manage and oversee Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for multidisciplinary projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with BIM standards, coordinating with project teams, and delivering high-quality BIM models.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and coordinate BIM workflows across architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, and fire-fighting disciplines.
- Ensure project compliance with BIM standards, protocols, and client requirements.
- Facilitate model integration and clash detection using software like Revit and Navisworks.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to resolve project issues and enhance efficiency.
- Prepare, review, and maintain accurate BIM models, ensuring quality control and data integrity.
- Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders to meet deadlines and deliverables.
- Generate reports, schedules, and documentation from BIM models for project requirements.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- **Experience**: Minimum 7 years of experience in BIM coordination and project management.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, processes, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.

Pay: ₹130,000.00 - ₹170,000.00 per month
