**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads
- Explain our products/services to potential customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activity in the database

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Graduate and above
