**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver digital marketing training sessions (in-person or online).
- Develop and maintain curriculum materials, including presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Teach core areas of digital marketing, such as:

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Search Engine Marketing (Google Ads)
- Social Media Marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Content Marketing
- Web Analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
- Affiliate and Influencer Marketing
- Mobile and Video Marketing
- Provide hands-on training using real-time tools and campaigns.
- Conduct live demos and practical workshops.
- Assess trainees' progress and provide regular feedback.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and tools in digital marketing.
- Guide students on building portfolios and preparing for certifications (Google, Meta, HubSpot, etc.).

**Qualifications**:
**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in digital marketing (minimum 1-2 years).
- Proficiency with digital marketing platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.).
- Experience in training or mentoring.

**Preferred**:

- Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, or HubSpot.
- Experience in curriculum development or instructional design.
- Knowledge of LMS platforms and e-learning tools.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
- Up-to-date knowledge of current digital marketing strategies and tools.
- Energetic, organized, and learner-focused approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
