The Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing all activities related to inventory management, warehouse operations, and material handling.

This role ensures the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods, managing stock levels, and maintaining proper documentation to support operational goals Ensure availability of critical and non-critical spares for uninterrupted supplies to the customers.
- Optimize spare parts inventory to reduce holding costs while ensuring on time Customer support
- Coordinate with corporate teams and contracts team, SCM, Production and engineering teams for spares forecasting and procurement. Plan and coordinate dispatch activities to ensure timely delivery of finished goods to customers.
- Liaise with transporters, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to optimize shipping costs and lead times.
- Coordinate with packaging supplier for material availability and manpower availability
- Ensure all statutory and documentation compliance (e.g., invoices, e-way bills, packing lists).
- Ensure timely and accurate issuance of materials to departments.
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to meet operational needs.
- Implement and maintain inventory control systems (manual and/or ERP-based).
- Conduct regular stock audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain proper documentation for incoming and outgoing materials.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Train and supervise store personnel, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
- Optimize space utilization and improve storage efficiency.
- Prepare periodic reports on stock levels, shortages, and consumption patterns.
