As a Senior Website Developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites that align with our company's goals and brand identity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain responsive websites using industry best practices and modern web technologies.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to translate design concepts into functional websites.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize website performance for speed and scalability.
- Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development and design.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure the smooth functioning of websites.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers when needed.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to integrate web solutions with existing systems and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of professional experience in website development and design.
- Proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience working with front-end frameworks such as Bootstrap or Foundation.
- Strong understanding of responsive web design principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify or Magento.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Sketch.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
