**JOB ROLE: PURCHASE EXECUTIVE**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Supplier Negotiation**: Engage in negotiations with suppliers to secure the best prices for materials without compromising on quality.
- **Supplier Selection**: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery reliability.
- **Purchasing Management**: Manage the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
- **Inventory Control**: Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
- **Quality Assurance**: Work with the quality assurance team to ensure that purchased materials meet the required standards.
- **Market Research**: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and pricing.
- **Documentation and Compliance**: Maintain accurate purchasing records and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), Mechatronics, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- **Language Skills**: Fluency in Hindi and English is required. Understanding of Tamil is not necessary.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
- **Negotiation Skills**: Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms from suppliers.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze data and make informed purchasing decisions.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with other departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
