- Should Manage The Portfolio For GOLD APPRAISER / Financial Business Of Its Branch.
- Should Be Able To Handle All The Branch Level Activities For Ensuring Business Growth.
- Systematic Planning Abilities Are Required For Smooth Functioning Of The Branch & For Developing Cohesiveness Within The Company And Co-Workers.
- Maintaining Quality Of The Business By Tracking & Controlling The Team
- Preparing Reports Related To Branch Functioning And Its Performance.
- Guiding And Motivating Subordinates In Achieving Their Goals.
- Ensure 100% Right Valuation - Capturing Right Cartage, Proper Stone Deduction, Avoid/ Prevent Spurious/Unacceptable Ornaments.
- Develop And Implement Strategies To Meet Business Objectives.
- Assess, Evaluate And Appraise Marketing Needs
- Ensure To Bring In New Customers And Maintain Good Relationship With Existing Customers For Generating Renewal & Referral Business.
- Basic Computer & Data Entry Skills.
- Age Between 22 To 35.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
