Job Profile_

Research: Primary and secondary research (Field visits, data collection, literature survey, drafting research tools, analysis and drawing inferences)
- Content development: Background notes, dossiers, frameworks, student-friendly content on the environment and sustainable development, drafting of policy papers and strategies, developing content, and ideation for IEC material
- Session facilitation: Developing training manuals, facilitating sessions, and gamification activities. Should be able to curate content and deliver sessions in both indoor and outdoor settings
- Networking: Liaison with like-minded organisations including government bodies, academic institutions, bilateral, and multilateral organisations
- Monitoring & Evaluation: Development of M&E frameworks and documentation.
- Coordination and logistics: Follow-ups with schools, internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Ideate new concepts: Design proposals around contemporary and futuristic education concepts, identify and pursue funding opportunities
- Database management: Develop and upgrade school and college database (India specific)
- Develop status papers and policy briefs: Conceptualise and draft notes on contemporary education linked activities and be well versed with global advancements in the field of environment education
- Promote project activities through social media: Well versed with all platforms and utilise these optimally for projection of activities
- Others: Data analysis, conduct basic statistical tests for scientific presentation of data, report writing, handling social media, management and coordination for events, explore business development opportunities

- S/He should possess leadership skills and can also work in teams.
- S/He should be able to travel on work and project-related assignments.
- S/He should be well versed with using MS Office
