**Responsibilities**:
**Admission Guidance**:Provide detailed information about the aviation programs, curriculum, and admission requirements to potential students.
Assist prospective students in understanding the various ground classes and flying training options available.

**Counseling and Guidance**:Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with prospective students to understand their career goals and aspirations.
Offer guidance on program selection based on individual aptitude, interests, and career objectives.

**Information Sessions**:Organize and conduct information sessions for groups of prospective students and their families to showcase the benefits of our aviation programs.
Address inquiries related to admission processes, financial aid, and program details during these sessions.

**Recruitment Events**:Represent the institution at various recruitment events, career fairs, and educational expos to attract potential students.
Build and maintain relationships with high schools, colleges, and other educational institutions to expand the reach of our aviation programs.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Previous experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.

Knowledge of aviation industry and training programs.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with educational software and CRM systems is a plus.
