**Job description**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1) Manage educational programs tailored to the State board, SSC, ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, IB, JEE, NEET curriculum.
- 2) Ensure that all program content is aligned with the learning objectives and standards of the respective boards.
- 3) Oversee the implementation of the LMS, ensuring it supports the delivery of the State board, SSC, ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, IB, JEE, NEET curriculum.
- 4) Work closely with curriculum developers to ensure that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with curriculum requirements.
- 5) Develop test plans, practice plans & materials for all covered curricula.
- 6) Conduct regular evaluations of program effectiveness, using feedback from students, educators, and other stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- 7) Prepare regular reports on program performance, including student engagement, learning outcomes, and LMS usage.
- 8) Maintain comprehensive documentation of program development processes, curriculum alignment, and LMS configurations.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in educational program management or a related field.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related discipline.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of various educational curricula (State board, SSC, ICSE, CBSE, IGCSE, IB, JEE, NEET).
- Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Weekend availability
