Key Responsibilities:

- Source, screen, and place IT consultants on bench in the USA.
- Understand the skill sets and requirements of the clients and match them with the available consultants.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Negotiate rates and other terms and conditions with clients and consultants.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure that the consultants are on-boarded smoothly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in the market.

Qualifications:

- A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Bench Sales recruiting is required.
- Proven track record of sourcing, screening, and placing IT consultants on bench.
- Experience working on USA timings is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- A strong work ethic and attention to detail.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Night shift
- US shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (preferred)
